Müsli-Quark-Cookies

Ingredients:
• 150g Quark (or Brown`s greek yogurt)
• 100g homemade granola Müsli
• 50g popped Amaranth
• 100ml water
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 big banana
• cinnamon, chocolate nibs, cranberries or any other taste
Directions:
• Mix everything together
• half the dough and add to one half dark chocolate nibs and to the other half dried cranberries
• form little teaspoon size cookies on a baking tray (lined with parchment paper)
• bake for about 20 min at 170/180 degrees Celsius.
