The recipe for this Veggie Burger with a Tahini-lemon sauce was an inspiration from the ambitiouskitchen.com website. You should check it out. Monique has lovely family friendly recipes on her blog. Anyway, I tweaked it a bit and will give you my version

The burger at the front is completely vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar free. I replaced the bun with roasted sweet potatoes.
My husband got his served with some toasted rye bread instead.

Yummy Müsli-Quark-Cookies in two different ways. My daughter just loves chocolate, also the very dark one. While my son hates it – can you believe it. So he gets the dried cranberries. (RSF)

At the moment I am really experimenting with healthy snacks for the children. They are in school until nearly 4pm and very often have swimming squad training, football or ballet right after. By the time they are done with their extra activities they are absolutely starving. There is no way they can make it until dinner time at 6 pm.

So they need a little something, but I want it to be healthy, which they off course do not agree with. They would very happily have doughnuts and cinnamon buns every day, if only I would let them.

Unfortunately I have very picky kids, when it comes to their snacks. But I am bot giving up. The next three recipes were actually received very well by both of them. With the granola bars, Liv even helped me, which makes it more likely she will like it afterwards.

Enough talking. See for yourself and get in the kitchen. By the way, they are just as delicious for adults….

These Apple-Date-Nut-Bars are flour less and sugar free. As I used gluten free oats, they are also gluten free.
