These wraps are so easy to make and you nearly always have some ingredients at home that can go inside it. I make them quite often when I am coming home for lunch, but do not have a lot of time to prepare. Why don´t you try it out?

As most of you know, I am German. And as all Germans I LOVE bread. Fresh from the bakery – a nice dark loaf with lots of seeds – I find it super difficult to resist.

I really try to stay away from wheat flour whenever possible, at least when I can control it in my own kitchen. It is sometimes a bit more tricky when we are traveling and staying with family or friends. Although most of them have gotten used to it now.

But let´s get back to the subject “Bread”. Try out this recipe for a delicious Super Seed Bread.
